After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. It contains all information about your order, as well as the transfer information.
Please note that bank transfers can take up to 5 working days until the amount is credited to our bank account.
When making the transfer, please indicate your order number as a reference (payment purpose, message), so that your payment can be quickly and easily assigned to your order. A missing reference number can lead to delivery delays of your order.
The transfer fees of your bank are to be borne by you, we only stand for the costs of our bank. Therefore, make sure to choose OUR or SHA as transfer option. Otherwise, we may need to reduce your order if we incur costs beyond our bank's fees.
Once your payment has been confirmed by our bank, your order will be activated immediately and sent to the address you indicated. Any unpaid order will be canceled and deleted from our system after 14 days.

For the payment via PayPal you do not need a credit card. If you decide to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your user data and complete your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can either log in as a guest or create a free account and then confirm your payment.
The receipt of your payment is registered with us within a few seconds - just as fast as with payment by credit card - and your order will be sent to you as soon as possible.

The instalment option is only enabled or takes effect with the payment of a corresponding partial amount, i.e., the corresponding minimum amount according to the table above must be paid in each case for each instalment (instalment 1 to instalment 3). After expiration of the aforementioned payment deadline(s) without receipt of payment, the complete Claim invoiced, and/or any individual instalment is due, and you are automatically in default of payment for the entire outstanding Claim without a reminder. For legal reasons, Byjuno does not grant any extensions of payment deadlines.
Interest of 14.9% per year (360 days) is charged for each respectively outstanding amount of the Claim from 20 (twenty) days since the date of the invoice.
In addition to the price of the goods, Byjuno charges an administration fee of CHF 2.50 per invoice/instalment. SnusExpress.ch pays the administration fee for the first invoice/instalment.
A fee of CHF 3.50 is charged per postal sending in paper form.
