All orders are sent directly from our warehouse in Switzerland and will be delivered by Swiss Post AG. We offer a faster delivery directly to your mailbox, even on Saturdays, as well as full tracking*. Without any additional fees upon receipt of your shipment.
Your order will be delivered the very next day. This applies on working days if the order is received before 15:30. With your shipping confirmation you will receive a tracking number with which you can conveniently track your shipment online*.
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete. Otherwise there may be delays in delivery or delivery is not possible at all. We are not responsible for deliveries that are lost, delayed or delivered to the wrong address if the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete.
